AND! Non-profit employees DESERVE to be paid fair market wage. There shouldn’t be a tax for wanting to contribute to your society. (2/2) success can be defined by many things. I tend to trust 501(c)3 a bit more, but some are joint (c)3 & 6. Success= more programmatic though the $$ raised imp but = not ideal. More
