I love this. Are those (milli)voltmeters? Are you going to use a microcontroller to drive them with a PWM output into an RC L filter? ('cuz that's how I'd do it!) Shoot, now I wanna build one too. Where'd you source those nifty meters?

That's simple, just your fav clock quartz feeding a high order shift register which then goes to a bunch of auto reset step integrators. Maybe throw in a PLL for stability if you're concerned with leakage or want some true sawtooth intergrators autosyncing with the stepped ones.
