I know that soft skills are important and requested, but at the end of the day it's about returning money invested by business. Teaching others may be one way, reducing complexity another. I given SO as example that giving simple and working explainations is difficult.
No, tech is about helping people, not for making money. Capitalism is about making money. The two have some correlation but it's certainly not common wisdom that capitalism is what's best for people at large
