I realize Florida v. Georgia is not exactly one of the major cases #SCOTUS is deciding this Term. But is anyone else surprised that there's no decision yet, given that it was argued on 1/8 (and the other original case argued that day was decided on 3/5)?:http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/florida-v-georgia-2/ …

This seems like a perfect mission for
@AdamSFeldman: Is Florida v. Georgia aberrational with respect to the time from argument to a decision for a state-state original jurisdiction case?1 reply 0 retweets 3 likesShow this thread -

We are now at 135 days since the arguments. It has taken longer than this twice since 2000 - 141 days in one instance and 147 in the other - and 13 times since 1946. The longest was 232 days in 1960 (in two cases - US v. Louisiana and US v. Florida) 2/2

So if it's not decided next week, it will be the slowest original jurisdiction case since at least 2000...
