A reminder that this was one of the cases in which the Justice Department switched positions after Trump took office. Obama administration had backed workers, Trump backed the companies

So happy to be away from employment law. Nothing more unfair or unconscionable than forced arbitration. Scalia loved it. Gorsuch following his footsteps.
