This is an interim decision pending appeal. The court currently has two other cases on partisan gerrymandering (Wisc and Md) that could be huge depending on what the justices rule

Sadly, the GOP had control of state legislatures. Vote in *every* election and vote Dem.

One name...
#NeilGorsuch

Gorsuch’s vote didn’t have any real impact, vote still would have been 6-2 in favor of a stay, instead it is now 7-2.

This is completely ridiculous. The Supreme Court is a joke and by Supreme Court I mean the Republicans in it. Trump should never have been president, Gorsuch should be playing golf somewhere while Merrick Garland makes intelligent decisions. Our country is a joke.

Sorry, i’m confused is this good ir bad??

It's nothing. The Supreme Court is just saying that nothing will happen until THEY have decided the case on the merits.

Wow. The supreme court is evil (minus the liberal judges). Just pure evil. This is a disgusting ruling.

Why?Why?Why?

All this is, is that SCOTUS is saying because gerrymandering in those states is going through the courts, no changes to political district mapping should happen until SCOTUS issues a formal ruling on gerrymandering.
