Argument recap: Several justices raised privacy concerns, including some of the conservatives, but certainly divisions on the bench on what a ruling would look like
Justices seemed to disagree on what they think Americans know about cell phone data. Sotomayor said Americans don't know the extent of it and "want to avoid Big Brother" while Kennedy said even he knows how much data carriers have: "If I know it, everybody does."
