UPDATE: It's unclear how the justices are going to resolve the CFPB case. Although some conservatives seem sympathetic to the idea of curbing limits on president's power to remove certain officials, it's not clear if there's a majority for that, or what it would look like

Interesting. Conventional wisdom was that the Supreme Court would find the CFPB director's insulation from accountability to the president to be unconstitutional.
