Several conservatives were sympathetic to the challenge to CFPB so there could well be a majority for them, but lots of other issues also raised that could complicate how the sausage gets made

Interesting. Conventional wisdom was that the Supreme Court would find the CFPB director's insulation from accountability to the president to be unconstitutional.
