Trump cares about almost nothing these guys can vote on. I’m all for Congress being stronger as a general matter, but opposing Trump isn’t as obviously easy as it seems, if it’s meant to change the world. The cabinet has to move first.

I’d be fine with any or all of those. Might be SoP issues on Mueller. But you have to get the House to play. Still, fair to insist they try.

Agree re House, which just makes the point more general of course. Re SoP, if the IC statute was constitutional, then I don't see how a plausible protection of Mueller wouldn't be. But this is far outside my area of expertise.
