And of course Kavanaugh dissented last year as the DC Circuit allowed a pregnant teen, who had received a judicial bypass, to obtain an abortion

Perhaps oddly, though, Kavanaugh is getting more heat from Dems over what he did in the White House (and how he characterized that in testimony) than he is over his actual rulings & opinions
