In speech today, AG Sessions complained about how it took 18 months for SCOTUS to rule on travel ban despite DOJ "efforts to expedite." Factcheck: SCOTUS ruled on third version of the ban. The first ban was abandoned by DOJ. The second expired before the court could rule on it
