I could reference it in arguing the other side. Doesn't mean Scotus will agree. Arlene's Flowers (?) Will be the test. She served the gay customer for years, but demurred on doing the wedding. That should provide the chance if SCOTUS wishes, to distinguish b/w customer and event.

Hmm. That sounds like the court is being dismissive of their freedom of religion 1A right since a single person is not being targeted but a overall religious belief. I’m not sure that will hold up either. This will be interesting to follow. Thanks
