I think that is measured by amount of news stories/blog posts written about the Supreme Court's pace in deciding cases

I mean sure there were 28 cases left at this point last year, but they only averaged a 4.45 score with APLCMA (American Potential Landmark Case Multiplier of America). This year's 29 cases are a whopping 6.32 with APLCMA.
