    Special counsel Robert Mueller's federal grand jury has been extended by Chief Judge Beryl Howell of the DC District Court for six months. The grand jury was seated for an 18-month term that began in July 2017 and was set to expire in the coming days.

  10. You may remember the court had the exact same issue before it last year in cases from Wisconsin and Maryland (the same map in as in the new case). The court basically punted. That was before Kennedy was replaced by Kavanaugh.
