These are private companies. The bill of rights only protects you from the government infringing on your rights.

That is asinine. Corporations are people as ruled by SCOTUS and are not exempt from US LAW and cannot violate the civil rights of people. Are you seriously suggesting that tech companies could decide to ban all minorities and not face criminal prosecution? Get a grip.

Just because someone agrees to a EULA does not give any entity in the US the right to ignore US Law and violate the civil rights of consumers. Are you suggesting a tech company can decide to ban all minorities and not face criminal procecution?

Correct me if I’m mistaken, but didn’t there used to be a clause where news stations had to allow both sides of an issue? Then there was a change and it cracked the door open for Fox. Facebook and others can play by the same rules.
