Feel free to download the datasets and analyze! This is meant as a resource for everyone. Even if you don't work on confidence, the inclusion of information about stimulus, response, and RT can be useful for many projects. (4/6)

It was awesome to contribute our data on confidence & pain to this huge multi-lab multi-outcome database on Confidence. Hope this is the start of many similar efforts in cognitive neuroscience! Bravo to for having the idea & leading the effort.

Hey - what's your most intense professional cringe moment? Mine: I was a visiting speaker at Fancy U. Dinner plans had gotten as far as making a reservation and telling me, but apparently no farther. I ended up sitting by myself at a table for 8 for 2 hours.

This is so important. So many contend with the burden of pain, but little work has investigated gender disparities in pain, and the role of social factors (i.e., stigma)-- and how these may be compounded for those who fall at the intersection of multiple stigmatized identities.

Diversity in NIH training programs is now much better than at the faculty level. How to encourage the transition to faculty? NIH’s new hiring program aims to help schools attract a cohort of diverse faculty. Better chance of success if not alone?

There is definitely a phenomenon of new accounts with a man’s name followed by 8 digits, no tweets or followers, and the only people they follow are female scientists. (Obvious block). Anyone know what this is about?
