Another update: Today's totals for ballots received by today with postmarks on or before election day: 113 received today, 64 of those can be counted. Out of all three days: 1,045 has been received, 947 can be counted

Election Divisions Mgr: Poll workers have completed the damaged ballots and are approximately 2/3 of the way done with the military/overseas ballots. They are now transitioning into counting the 29,000 ballots

The first section of that will be the people that return both the incorrect ballot & correct ballot – they’ve already 'married' the two together and we’re going to set aside the original ballot and count the orange one.

When asked how long this process might take, Mr. Voye could not provide an exact estimate. “It’s a time consuming process, I apologize. We are working as hard as we can." He said there's a sense poll workers will have to work after 9 p.m. tonight

UPDATE, from Allegheny Co. Exec Rich Fitzgerald: 9,288 more votes counted. These include the rest of the military ballots & part of the 29,000 ballots being processed Biden =7300 Trump = 1,875 He did not have an answer to how much of the 29,000 were included in this update
