I ran Petri dishes in the lab. I stopped using alcohol based hans sanitizer. I also theorized in 2011 that bacteria can evolve an alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme to survive hand sanitizer.

The alcohol should dissolve the cell membrane of the bacterium and denature the proteins. It woukd too late for the ADH to stop that happening. Did you collect any data to show that any bacteria were able to protect themselves that way?

So this is what that 0.9% of germs hand sanitizers never know how to kill can do. Damn!

The thing I hate about this is that those are just molds, which arent inherently bad.

Damn, that "99%-effectiveness" they give on the handsanitizers is real! Seems like 1% really is all you need to make a mess.

Study fails at several positions, i e different kids have different organisms (a real ecosystem of it) on their skin - was verified that sanitizer & soap & water were used professionally or just so..., how was the toast packed? there is too much info missing. But fun, anyway :)
