An average error of 7% is very good? That’s more than the margins that most of these polls are predicting. So going forward, if a poll shows Biden is up by <7%, it’s basically meaningless?
We've updated our pollster ratings! The error was pretty high overall, but that's because the race changed so fast -- the biggest errors were for SC and ST, and most of those polls were done before turning points.
