      Semi serious question: as journalists do you feel the need to move towards a public/FOSS election model? @jeremybowers @lbronner I know there are real impediments to doing that (clearly @FiveThirtyEight /@NateSilver538 have opted against it), but it seems like an important ?

      Lenny and I have been talking about this at length. I love the idea of working in the open, though there are all kinds of tactical issues about FOSSing our model, e.g., how much code can we share when it's all pretty tightly tied to our weird-ass deployment system?
