We asked "What, if anything, would change your thinking on whether or not Donald Trump should be impeached and removed from office?" Grouping respondents by whether they thought he committed an impeachable offense, and how certain they were, these are the most predictive words:pic.twitter.com/UaKazJbNhU
Note that the certain people on both sides aren't really naming things that would change their mind. But the less certain are talking about standards and how they are applied. One answer: "If I first of all knew what the clear standard for an impeachable offense was,
second of all knew that Trump had committed such an offense, and third knew that the standard being applied to Trump by the current Congress was equal to the standard applied to previous president in this regard."
Or they are saying they aren't really following the process. One answer: "I don't really follow this stuff. If my thinking was changed or not, it would still be without a strong understanding."
