The first column should be labeled "Certainty *whether* Trump committed an impeachable offense", not "Certainty *that* Trump committed an impeachable offense" -- it includes people who are certain he didn't.

I had the same question. I think it’s because there are multiple articles of impeachment. Some people must be convinced he’s done something wrong, just not the military aid to Ukraine part.
