I think most of us still in this business regularly feel a mix of impostor syndrome or not measuring up. Even when you make Full! Something about the sheer personal nature of the job - it really is your work under analysis, your argument, your insights. It’s exhausting.

For me, the conflation of one's work and self-worth was one of the hardest things. I'm not sure if I find it heartening or disheartening to hear you express a similar sentiment!
