          Dear Californians, I understand our frustration w/ DST, but as a LATE reminder: in summer, DST is better for sleeping in the AM & going out in the PM. If this passes, sure we won’t need to worry about setting our clocks back but the trade off would be dark mornings during the..

          Winter season. This means that CHILDREN would be walking to school in the dark with/without their parents which is still dangerous. It’s important to see the picture as a whole and understand its effect through out the whole state. Just sayin.’
