    How do you get more men involved? Julia Gillard - there are many men who feel the moral urge. I think there's other men who want to be persuaded on the evidence.

    IPSOS Moris asks when will this be redundant. Julia Gillard - we'll know we're getting there when we see the shift in numbers of women and a shift in the rate of change. I'd be less concerned about numbers if the rate of change is big.
