I haven't worked in demographics of #philosophy for a while, but this interesting piece from @SLGoguen seems like a measured discussion of an interesting class of hypotheses, and how we might think about their relationship to potential policies.

I feel like people aren't going to like this argument? (that's really just a prediction: in my opinion it seems like a responsible set of things to consider and pretty consistent with good descriptions of oppression)
Nothing you can say in demographics of philosophy (or any profession really) that won't have some folk who ain't gonna like it!
