Is there a Dutch Book argument saying that the agent (to avoid book) must have credences defined for all the propositions in the event space? All DB proofs I know assume as much, and I am worried you would have to make controversial assumptions about one gambles with no credence?

Ah! No, pretty sure not. Indeed you can prove that it will not be bookable, and will not be accuracy dominated. If there exists a "fleshing out" of that credence function which is a probability function, it's immune to Dutch book/accuracy domination.

There may still be arguments not to have a partial credence function, of course. By failing to assign a credence to A you fail to apportion your credence in A to the evidence! But this isn't friendly to the subjectivist. So much the worst for subjectivism
