      Neon Genesis Evangelion was anima-punk, like steam punk but where rather than 19th century science that was correct and developed beyond its real capacity it was Aristotle’s science.       I think it does real harm to somebody's life to encourage them to (re?)watch Neon Genesis Evangelion, so, like, my sincere apologies. It's like introducing a person to TvTropes. Cruel.
