I decided to become sufficiently competent in Confucian philosophy to teach big units on it at the undergraduate level. It's been one of my favorite intellectual projects so far.
Somebody apparently converted to the Way by experience of teaching Confucian #philosophy http://usa.chinadaily.com.cn/a/201802/24/WS5a9052c7a3106e7dcc13db2d.html … - not quite had that effect on me, but I can certainly report that it's a very moving body of thought.
