Surprised people did not comment on the interview. It's one of the most refreshing and honest intellectual pieces I read recently. Feeling "that I am worthless and a fraud and a failure" sounds like a fairly common feeling among philosophers; lucky if it's lower intensity.

Yeah it was very raw and personal. I wonder if that holds people back from commenting; she's invited us in, so to speak, to this quite personal dimension of her life, but we still feel like strangers, unfit to comment. I agree that it was definitely refreshingly honest and frank.
