In Beebee’s talk here last week she argued there’s no justification for taking any of those theoretical virtues to be truth-conducive, in philosophy at least.
Cool! Is it based on anything I could read, or was it recorded? As noted in the post, I’ve only ever seen that idea elaborated on by the Novick paper I linked.
