I'm making a boardgame on lvt/clt and have listened to the audio book a few times. I was trying to find the study you referenced talking about all the things that go into land value ie road frontage etc. I would love to share the game mechanics with you.

I have several times sketched a city builder with LVT and it works too well to make the game interesting xD
