To be fair, he's frequently sarcastic. For example, when he told us that he alone can do this. Or that he knows all the best words. Or when he said he cannot tell a lie. Or when...

I respectfully disagree. I don't believe he was being sarcastic in any of those cases. In each, he either (1)believed it,(2) wanted the public to believe it, or (3) thought it was politically expedient. Sarcasm requires a level of intellect and a confidence he doesn't possess.
