        Suspect the real answer will be the coverage within these categories, I doubt you will see any state allow whole cat to go.

        Could be, but those categories did not generally exist in state law pre-ACA.

        This list of benefits is in statute, which could be changed or eliminated with legislation. By regulation, they could be limited.
