Only if growth is mostly healthy people. If it's people try to get one last shot at free health care, it's bad news

I would argue that enrollment growth almost guarantees that the risk pool is improving.

Normally, maybe. But, since early Nov eligible people knew that this might be last chance to get subsidized care.

Maybe. But I suspect people with health conditions were already enrolled, so increased participation improves risk.
