Is @YouTube’s customer service just run by bots? I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience trying to get an answer to a question in my life. “Here’s a link to more information that has some loose relevance to the question you asked”. And then the link doesn’t work.
And it’s just been weeks of back and forth that’s only provided more confusion, speaking to someone (bot?) that clearly hasn’t even looked at the account. It’s been a such a disappointing experience @TeamYouTube.

I’ve been a partner with the platform for almost ten years, have published thousands of videos... while I know I’m not the biggest fish in the pond, I do expect more than just being palmed off by a computer.
