The media frenzy around @chesaboudin is out of control. A domestic violence survivor told an NBC reporter yesterday: "I am victim . . . what I have witnessed as a prior victim before is a harassment of our DA" by you. Isn’t Lara the one that taught with Chesa campaign videos? “I won’t participate in a … prosecution.” Well, Chesa wasn’t telling a mistruth there.

Unless it’s known repeat violent criminals endangering non-politicians, in which case, it’s totally okay and deserving of gift cards!

I appreciate your response, but here are a few articles: - https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/article/Chesa-Boudin-and-San-Francisco-s-bitter-debate-16394364.php … - https://www.sfchronicle.com/sf/amp/After-father-s-clemency-S-F-DA-Boudin-16412173.php … - https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/article/I-refuse-to-be-distracted-S-F-District-16303036.php … - https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2021/06/14/bogus-backlash-against-progressive-prosecutors/ … It’s been quite easy for Radley and Megan to get stats, statements, etc.

My point is regardless of how scoop-deprived a reporter thinks he is (and regardless of why that might be) there is no excuse for harassing DV victims, DA staff, and the DA at an event or trying to prevent the DA from using the bathroom. It is profoundly not okay.
