How are they getting these numbers correct when people who are symptomatic and immune compromised are being refused testing. Like me.

What’s concerning is that the more affluent communities have the higher numbers as of now. Does this mean they have access to testing and are taking advantage, reducing the amount of tests available for the most vulnerable?
