I have decided on NSDrawer. Yes, I know that makes me a dinosaur. But the dinosaurs lived a lot longer than humans.

@lapcatsoftware@mjtsai But then you still have to resize if your window fills the screen. And users might not enjoy the inconsistency. -
@petermaurer@mjtsai It's not really a full screen app. Even half screen width would be pretty pointless.
