Would you say these are appropriate for teenagers? (13-14 are the age I teach)

Sorry, I haven't listened to them extensively enough to tell. They are podcasts that are geared towards learners though, so I doubt they would use swearwords or talk about adult topics.

Do you have any recommendations for good native level podcasts?

Sorry, I don't listen to podcasts in Spanish since I'm always listening to other languages. A couple that people mention often are Entiende tu mente and Radio Ambulante.

The duolingo podcasts have some good qualities and interesting stories. For me, there is too much English, but they have very high production values and have led me to some very interesting discoveries in “el mundo español” beyond the podcasts themselves.
