Another problem, when teachers correct mistakes, focus on mistakes, they are giving the brain the wrong kind of input. Input=input. The brain eats it all up, even when it's labeled "mistake".

I agree. Hearing or reading something creates brain connections. Learning that something is wrong doesn't just magically erase those brain connections, but probably rather reinforces them.

the real problem is, it is impossible for the brain to send any conscious feedback to the implicit linguistic system. Well, that is what science says. Some people believe otherwise.
