    Just been staring at this for 15 minutes. Time to buy more cashews!

    Eating less meat is nearly always better for your carbon footprint than eating the 'most sustainable' meat. The ‘worst' peas, beans, tofu and nuts still have a lower footprint than the ‘best’ meat and dairy. Latest article:

    Hard to say what the climate impact of fashion is, except that more clothes = bigger footprint Cotton is grown in an unknown field then pushed through several factories before the brand you're buying from actually sees it. Wool, synthetic fibers, etc have their own process.

    Wow, this is SUCH an interesting article by . Facts matter and inaccurately demonising any particular industry does not help any of us in the end. Give it a read and let me know what you think!

    Republican backed policy that supports decarbonizing is critical, even if it's not as strong as a Green New Deal (yet). Love that this one is tech neutral, hope to see it gain some traction

    Can anyone share some research on how this happened? Pretty incredible, would love to see how we can make it happen in more places.

    UK had virtually no wind, solar and hydro in 1990 and got 75% of its power from coal. By 2019, the UK got 27% of its power from wind, solar and hydro and virtually used no coal. UK is building huge offshore wind farms and new nuclear. Gas is now targeted in UK.
