I suggest you read the NY Off Act (and CCPA) to fully understand what they do. The Off Act does have a strong commitment to environmental justice and a Just Transition that was added earlier this year. honey, ive read both bills. the only thing i find better in the ny off act is its deadline. off act does a lot to symbolically support front line communities, but doesnt actually give them the matterial resources they need.
