Prefer older one, even if it means expanding the column size. Maybe icon of Galakrond instead of text (rest remains same) can be a decent middle ground as well?
+1 to this, or maybe just use class portrait and rest are text e.g. Galakrond Quest <shaman portrait>

Yeah I think this is better, since the class' background color is often enough to identify the class (blue = shaman etc)
