  4. I'm not saying it is/was good. I'm saying when people feel responsible for something they are not quick to condemn it. It's like a woman hoping her husband who beats her will change. Why? She most likely wasn't forced to marry him. But I hear you loud and clear

  5. Exactly. So these are the things we need to encourage one another to do. We need to educate the voting population. Trust me the bulk of the people that vote just follow a campaign or whoever gave them bags of rice. We must educate one another

  6. I pray for strength for every Nigerian this season. We are all mourning. I pray that the balm in Gilead will heal our hearts and cleanse our land. Too much innocent blood has been shed. We need each other. Be a good Nigerian.

  7. We still our government to do what is right. It is the duty of government to protect the lives and property of it's citizens. Let's all get our PVCs. Let's all unite so our voices will be heard. We are more than them. NIGERIA HAS TO WIN, NOT A POLITICAL PARTY

  8. A friend and I were on the way to church one Sunday morning and a cab driver faced us on a 'one-way road'. You won't believe we were attacked by the community to move for him. Our 'aproko' was too much. We wanted to do right. But they were more than us. We were all Nigerians

  9. Yes our government has failed us, but isn't the government filled with Nigerians who were just citizens like you and I? Sometimes when you're trying to do right, fellow Nigerians say your own is too much. Ordinary respecting your call time on set is a problem

  10. We need to teach simple things like obeying traffic laws, not littering, not clogging gutters. These basic things have ripple effects and we need to get to a point where we do the right things because it's the right thing to do

  11. Those of us on social media are a VERY TINY part of the mass population of Nigerians. The people we see every day are the people we need to affect.

  12. We are all part of the problem. Our excellence at cutting corners. Our selfishness.Even in our small spaces we are corrupt. Laws are not enforced. If/When we vote out this govt, is it not people like you and I that will get In there? Are we certain the same cycle won't continue?

What am I even saying. There are directors who come to set who haven't read their scripts. Let me face my business.

The mourning after! Too many back to back tragedies. How can we prevent the next accident or the next blood shed in the land? Save our souls!

If we keep resorting to religious explanations for our practical problems we will not progress as a nation. The main purpose of prayer is to hear from God. He gives you instructions on what to do. It's our doing something that changes things. Prayer by itself won't, action does.

  17. It feels so weird having to get up and go to work and act normal, especially when everything is not normal. Doesn't help that my job today requires me to dress up, smile for the camera and be filled with energy. I don't feel like it. Siigghhhh....

I just want to say my heart bleeds for family left behind by those so gruesomely snatched in a preventable accident. Especially those who will never know if their missing loved ones are one of those burnt beyond recognition or identification by a long failed state. A prayer.
