Last time I read from Adsence policies, if your Adsense account is terminated, supposedly you can never get another adsence account again, which is why the 3 strikes of youtube is so serious.

Technically you always can, because AdSense is a for profit business. Incorporate a business entity of sorts, open an AdSense account as this business entity. Open a bank account as the business. Use this account with AdSense. You're good.

But it's not a solution at all, because your AdSense account can still be banned on a new count of policy violation and YouTube or Google are still not likely to tell you why. Even if it's someone click-botting your ads to destroy your livelihood. No recourse.

The only real solutions are to be too big to fail (ie have a dedicated youtube rep working your account), or what Roberto is doing, which is to not solely rely on ad rev.
