ive noticed a lot of parents are starting to use reddit since gendercritical/detrans are gaining popularity: have any interwebs parents thought of starting their own subreddit specifically for parents to get support? i think that could be an awesome resource to point people to.

I am so thankful for the work you and your friends do, honestly, it is a lifeline to sanity. About two weeks ago, my ROGD FTM daughter did something my husband and I are still reeling from. When we discovered her action, we were just floored. 1/

2/ I was sobbing, and my husband was very quiet. He’s an incredibly calm, steady person. After a few minutes, he said very softly, “I’m surprised I’m not more upset. Maybe I’ve given up on her.” She is so smart, so academic - and so deeply lost. Heartbreaking.

I've only been dealing with this for 5 months, but it feels like I've aged 100 years. I try to stay in denial, but vacillate between the stages of grief. I can't thank you enough for your words of wisdom and now the fantastic videos.
