    I just need 4 more! What's your favourite fried chicken recipe?

    Dear food people of the internet, I need your help. Yesterday I cooked my 40th weekly fried chicken (35 unique recipes with a couple of repeats and inventions, plus one salmon karaage). I have one recipe left. I’d love 11 more to make it a full year of this absurd endeavour.

    Not chicken, but the prawn koliwada recipe from is delish. You could in theory adapt it for chicken pieces and make some spicy popcorn chicken

    I don't know if this would work with chicken, but my grandmother and a friend's mom used to cut slits in the sides of a turkey, insert bits of garlic clove in it, then wrap the bird with bacon before putting it in the oven. Delicious.
