Which isn't to say the two are related, of course. Just that we've seen how this sort of shady LLC donation can be abused, and has been abused very recently, in pursuit of corrupt ends.

This is just one one many reasons why money has ruing politicians and politics. Elected officials on both sides will take money from anyone that will dish it out. We've become a nation of money over integrity and party over country.
