    A cursory review of the evidence that WADA presents to justify its claim that weed is a performance enhancing drug is absolutely laughable. This is so insane.

    BREAKING: American champion Sha’Carri Richardson cannot run in the Olympic 100-meter race after testing positive for a chemical found in marijuana.  Richardson won the 100 at Olympic trials on June 19.

    CA's law enforcement interest also has little to do with political activity, which is the IRS's domain. The state said it needed this info to root out charitable fraud and self-dealing. The court ruled these donor lists weren't so crucial to that interest to override 1A concerns.

    Worth noting: this ruling does not meaningfully affect the amount of info on nonprofits, politically active or otherwise, that is publicly disclosed, except to extent this info was improperly leaked (which is rare but has happened). The donor IDs at issue were never public info.
